Changelog : Update 0.9 "They're planning their journey"


Changelog :

  • What’s new ?
    • You can now do heavy attack (hold attack button), sprint attack (attack while sprinting), counter attack (attack just after parrying a hit)
    • There is now an offset if you look up or down while attacking so it’s easier to hit short and tall enemies
  • Improvements
    • Better Wolf animations and AI (again)
    • Tweaked wolf attack damages
  • Known bugs
    • Walking on a ragdoll can launch you in the air
    • Start a dialogue while drawing your weapon make Draven start the dialogue with his weapon drawn
    • Some props have been resized (tents, ...), it can be a little awkward since some scenes have not been reworked


To update on our progress : 

  • We are reworking a lot of our AI related systems.
    • Animations
    • Behaviour
    • Avoidance
    • And a lot of reading and test on the subject
  • Our level designer worked on the prologue map that we talked about in our devlog
  • We started to think on the systems we really want to focus on, and to list exactly what we want for the complete game (we may do a devlog on it in the future)
  • We’re continuing to work on the game’s lore
