Changelog : Update 0.10 "Preparing for battle"


Changelog :

  • What’s new ?
    • Cinematic effect system (One of the key components to the new fight system)
      • At the moment used for camera effects and slow motion when the player parry
      • Will be used heavily in the new fight system, to make battles feel more cinematic
  • Improvements
    • Active quest now hides/shows itself automatically so we have a minimal UI (you can show it by pressing the Z key (configurable in the settings)
    • Continued work on AI avoidance (Enabled for wolves)
    • Changed some parry related animations
      • Player are not repelled anymore
      • Wolf is now repelled when parrying it
  • Known bugs
    • Walking on a ragdoll can launch you in the air
    • Start a dialogue while drawing your weapon make Draven start the dialogue with his weapon drawn
    • Some props have been resized (tents, ...), it can be a little awkward since some scenes have not been reworked


To update on our progress : 

  • To continue on changes, we made new UI mock-up that will be implemented next
  • Prologue’s map ready, next update will be on this (new content, yay !)
